The NRA Collaborative were appointed to assist a Sydney based owner to make application to achieve a quick turnaround DA approval for a substantial alteration to a commercial property in the Brisbane CBD. Approval was achieved within 24 hours due to council’s keen interest in high profile retail stores. This assisted with the building architecture for this retail site in Brisbane.

The space is currently occupied by an international fashion retailer. The existing premises had to be measured and planned with changes clearly identified for the council, contractors and interior designers based in London.

The new upgrade was project managed by Buildcorp and the NRA Collaborative were involved in the coordination of consultants and subcontract details.
