The two separate hotel towers share common facilities and are connected directly to the domestic terminal via a pedestrian link. A 243 room 3.5 star hotel wing is complimented by a 130 room 5 star hotel wing, with all rooms enjoying an outlook over the airport. There is a dedicated swimming pool and outdoor terrace attached to the 5 star hotel wing.

The buildings are conveniently located between the two parallel runways.

The 1733 sqm conference facility, which both hotels share, has its own dedicated commercial kitchen and is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate multiple function sizes, exhibitions, conferences and private board rooms. The conference and meeting rooms enjoy views over landscaped gardens and an internal courtyard. They also share a pre-function exhibition space.

The building services, which include car parking for 132 cars and loading docks, are out of view and contained within the basement. Acoustic treatment of the building facades has been carefully considered to accommodate the functions and amenities to be enjoyed, while being conveniently located adjacent to the domestic terminal.
