This Brisbane CBD office design and fit-out is a visually attractive and functional place for over 400 staff. Noel Robinson Architects worked closely with the client to determine the best layout and space planning arrangements for the staff and guests.

There are four levels and one of the levels incorporates the reception and mail area, three manager’s offices, the CEO’s office, a boardroom and 66 workstations.

The remaining three levels house 86 staff per floor, a manager’s office, meeting rooms, along with break out areas and a lunch/conference room.

Even though the workstations are in an open plan layout, each staff member has their own personal space as well as the casual, break out areas to discuss work matter. Visually, the fit-out has a corporate feel but still embodies life and atmosphere.
